When you find an item on my website, go to the top of the left side of any page and click on the Email link. Write the information referring to the item you are interested in. When finished listing all the items you are interested in send the email.

Under normal circumstances I will respond as quickly as I can (usually within a few hours - definitely within 24 hours). All inquiries are responded to in the order which they arrive. Each email I respond to will have 24 hours to respond to my email. This time limit is to provide ample opportunity for you to purchase the products you are interested in. If I do not have a response from you within 24 hours then I will allow the next inquiry on identical interests as your to have 24 hours to respond to th email I will then send to them.

Payment can be accepted from Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or acceptable bank debit card via PayPal. Payment can also be made with a money order or cashier check. Purchase will not be shipped until payment has been verified.

The email I send you will contain information on the price of the item(s) you indicated being interested in, shipping cost and any other related information. I use the following shipping services:

Your purchase is guaranteed to be as the photos and descriptions describe the product to be. A full refund, minus shipping expenses will be issued immediately upon the return of exact product shipped to you. To receive a refund email me immediately upon receipt of your order to make the necessary arrangements. If you do not email me within 24 hours of receiving your order and before returning your order no refund will be granted.
